Regenerative Farming Community

We envision establishing a regenerative farming community here.   The twelve-acre property includes a deep water well, a regenerative garden, a sugar bush, and woodlands.  It is bounded by Parson's Marsh on the west and protected wooded lands of the Berkshire Natural Resources Council to the north.  The east and south borders are shared with the Lenox Athenaeum (common ownership).  The existing 18,000-sf building renovation could include geothermal and solar systems.
