What's Growing?

Oooh, I love these gifts from Mother Nature! We have sweet peppers. I should have planted more!

And we have some celery. This stuff is so strong. Not the mild watery type you get from a store. This stuff has a strong taste and is way more leaf than stalk. The greens are great for punching up any boring dish. I didn't plant many leafy greens this year because they generally don't keep very well and I wanted to preserve a lot of my harvest, but a few of these snuck into the rows and we all have enjoyed them.
