We planted Tulsi basil specifically for brewing. Tulsi is primarily used for tea. You harvest the flowers. The flavor when they are fresh is amazing. We hang them upside-down to dry and then will have them all year to soak in hot water and say "yum!". The leaves can be used in cooking. In this photo we are trying to show where to cut when harvesting.
