Our onions are pushing up out of the ground. Some have greens that are falling over. These are the ones we pull as they will likely not get much bigger or develop outer skins like the ones with the strong, standing up greens. So, we pull up armfuls and marvel at the food that has been growing under the ground for months. The flavor is wonderful!
