We planted lanterns peppers, cayenne peppers, serrano peppers, and poblano peppers. And they all were very productive, so we got a ton of hots this year. I am preserving them in every way I know. I'm drying some in the little dehydrator. And I'm fermenting most of them, making them into a lot of hot sauce!
