Caught, Briefly

I finally caught, with my glance, one of the deer who is eating the tender green leaves of the berry bushes, and hostas, and arbor vitae. I wanted to say MY berry bushes, MY hostas, and MY arbor vitae, but I didn't. While I bought them, brought them here, planted them, watered them, and cared for them, I am not sure I can call them mine when we are talking about the deer.
