Today we were able to get our new blackberry bushes in! These grow wild in our area so we thought it would be a good place to grow them here. And we love fresh blackberries! These are thornless varieties from Nourse Farms. We got some that are called Caddo and others that are Natchez. Hoping they like their new home. We are hoping that they will not need much protection from the local wildlife so we planted them outside of our fenced in area. Hoping for many years of fruits from this little 'orchard'.
