This year we decided to grow a lot of hot peppers because we eat some form of hot sauce a few times a week and I would like to try making a variety of salsas and hot sauces. They keep very well, and they are also good gifts. And they are good for you, in moderation. So, I'm very happy to say, some of our peppers (jalapeño shown here) are almost ready to be picked. I am looking forward to our first tastes of spicy!
