The farm supply store had organic mulch paper on back order. What is organic mulch paper? It's the same material that some restaurants use on their tables. It's usually white and next to to the table ketchup is often a cup of crayons. This paper comes in brown too, and that type is usually organic. Organic paper mulch is also the stuff that is often used to wrap around books for mailing, or for making grocery bags. So, rather than wait for the farm supply store to restock, we ordered from U-line! It looks white in this picture but it was brown and now it's sun bleached. And voila, the weeds around these lovely bean plants are pretty minimal.
