We got crushed stone to put around the base of each post to make it more secure. Apparently the fence material I ordered is 400 pounds, so these 8' high posts need to be sturdy, all 24 of them! It sure was nice having the tractor to scoop up some stone and drive it to each post as that stuff is sooooo heavy in the wheelbarrow!
